Hi I bought a domain on daaz.com at price of 1000$ and here what the outcome comes:

after I made the payment from my card they said they are verifying my transaction.

after 1 hour I got an email that my domain transaction has been canceled because of high risk.

now here comes the best part:
I asked for a refund if my transaction is canceled they will continue telling you that they don't have any information regarding this. wow the best scam

I would like all of you guys here to avoid daaz this was my first and last purchase and also I called 911 and reported the incident, if anyone have solution how i will get my refund please reply

Additionally, live chat agents do not have access to fraud risk and compliance details, as these matters are handled by a separate team. They followed the correct code of conduct by advising you to create a support ticket for further clarification.

as you stated your reply here in the forum but before I posted this matter on forum I created the ticket in hope that will get resolution on it.

but i just checked still no response on the ticket .

The person you talked to in the live chat was telling the truth when they said "we don't have any information". Because they really didn't know what's going on with the bank.

On the contrary, the situation was already clear in the confirmation SMS you received regarding the payment; since it was a high-value transaction that was made for the first time, the bank you worked with blocked the payment within the scope of fraud measures to protect you. Even though you had all this information, as if it wasn't enough to bother the support team, you came to the forum and started this thread to blame Daaz.

We have not accepted his payment in first place that's the reason for cancellation. So there is no scope of any thing to dispute here.

it's not possible to cancel something u never accepted.

it's only possible to reject right away

besides how would u call it fraud witout accepting

and also.. why did u cancel exactly if he claims valid card used elsewhere all time??

DaaZ cancelled the order on their services end so the user knows that the sale did not go through.

The bank is the one that blocked the actual financial transaction and the money was never received or accepted on DaaZ's end.

He should have been contacting his bank and not DaaZ support wasting their time and putting them in a bad spotlight publicly for no reason.

edit: Nonetheless, the DaaZ smackdown made reading this thread so worth it 😂
