DAAZ (DAAZ.COM) REFUND PROBLEM SOLVED

Hi I bought a domain on daaz.com at price of 1000$ and here what the outcome comes:

after I made the payment from my card they said they are verifying my transaction.

after 1 hour I got an email that my domain transaction has been canceled because of high risk.

now here comes the best part:
I asked for a refund if my transaction is canceled they will continue telling you that they don't have any information regarding this. wow the best scam

I would like all of you guys here to avoid daaz this was my first and last purchase and also I called 911 and reported the incident, if anyone have solution how i will get my refund please reply

How did you know this?

How many domain name marketplaces have canceled your transactions?

Why did they cancel those transactions?

Also what's the domain name you tried to buy?

It will likely be resolved.

While frustrating, is certainly is not a 911 type situation.

Daaz is a trustworthy company, worked with them for years without any problems.

obviously daaz cannot say it was rejected if it shows completed on the card u own and use regularly.

but they never replied that they going to refund , they keep saying that they don't know anything about refund they said they don't have any information.

my concern is still why live chat agents are sitting to help us if they don't know anything?

From your screenshot, your bank / card issuer blocked the transaction and Daaz wouldn't know anything about it.
