Hi All,

I reg'd CuteGifts.co.uk a while ago which sold less than a week later for $300.

I thought perhaps this, with low competition but with plenty searches would have a similar result?

It's likely I will sell the domain, I toyed with the idea of trying to develop but honestly, I can't be bothered.

Can you provide me your opinions on the value?

The info I had to go on is; low competition, 2,976 searches, CPC $0.61, .com & .net taken but not used by an end user. (according to valuate(.)com)

Many thanks

It's a good domain, but you'd have to sell to a developer, so not that easy to get that much for it. I'd say £600+ would be a good sale.

I own a similar domain of PetStore. online having very low competition and monthly US Searches over 60K
by SEMRUSH and Valuates shows even more...

These domains are good for end users but when it comes to the resellers or developers then we are never going to make over $100, i would recommend if you can reach the end users.

The value is in its traffic potential, and that means effort is required to develop the site.

Anyone else want to chip in?

** Thanks to the both of you who have answered so far.

Why can't you be bothered to develop it?

If you publicised the sale well beforehand, the domain might do okay on domainlore UK auctions.

My development knowledge is limited, I can use Wordpress but that's it really.

So a sale of the name alone would be ideal... I am considering putting the time in though.

I've not used that website before, thanks for telling me about it.
