Yes, I already made it an educational website and it started earning adsense clicks since day one. Next, I imagine you'll make fun of the quality of the site, but it is educational and I guarantee if you actually visited it you would learn something about Ebola....unless you are an expert, have already researched it, or a doctor?

Read this site and see the comments about people regging names to do with disasters, diseases, mass shootings, celebrity deaths etc and you will see what I mean

It's your opinion and I respect it.
But I think, as long as his site is giving accurate and helpful information about Ebola and the ads are not affecting user experience, he is not doing anything wrong.

If people can SELL medicines, hospitals can CHARGE money to treat patients then why it's wrong if he puts ads on his site?
It's just my opinion and I may be wrong

The adsense ads are geared towards - what people who would be searching for the website - would want or need.

Have to agree with you on this one. I don't think your doing anything wrong.

As far as what the domain is worth... Nothing IMHO but what you do with it is a different matter.

I'm a pharmacist and I don't see any problem in this case. There are thousands of medical, diseases websites including those from MDs and Pharmacists that have ads in the site.
I think you are referring more to the intention of the site which is created just for the ads and maybe the information given may not be that accurate (in this case I agree with you) , but if it is a copy-paste from other sites (accurate info) than spreading the info and making easier to access is a good thing.

I would keep that one for sure! Great for development and seo. Do not sell it under 3K.
