Customize CMS

[TWM]

I need a CMS customized. I am still thinking about which one, so you can use your favorite as long as it has:

Admin area, WYSIWIG editior, newsletter fuctionality, and basically anything Mambo has.

BASICALLY,
I have a design, and i need it to be in place of the CMS's default design.

Please email me information, bids, ect.
