Long term HTML and CSS Coder needed

I need a coder who can code a design like this one:http://www.fusionsquared.com/raj/brixhamwc/

So that the HTML for elements such as the Newsletter and Gallery (viewable on OCYR.org) matches the HTML code EXACTLY which is in our wiki:
cms.fusionsquared.com/wiki

This HTMLised design is then integrated into our CMS which is why the HTML must match that of the instructions EXACTLY otherwise the CMS will not work.

If you know you can do, let me know. I will assign you a trial project, and if you complete it satisfactorily you will automatically get the contract to do a minimum of 5 sites per week.
