I am a PHP programmer with much experience in the graphic industry as well. I specialize in making custom Content Managment systems specifically for Graphic/Design sites which include

And anything else that a graphic site could need. Everything would be completely dynamic and could be edited/deleted/added from a very easy to understand admin panel. Anywho, some pricing estimates.

Tutorial System - 75$
Download/Template System - 130$
News System w/ comments - 50$

If you wish to purchase the CMS as a whole you may for approximately 250$ or if you want it customized I can do it for as low as 30$ an extra module(extra feature).
