Fully Customizable CMS?

I need a CMS similar to mambo. I need the nice admin area with WYSIWIG editing and stuff.

I need to completely edit the entire look of the cms. A new header, footer, body, everything.

Know of a CMS that this is easy to do?

The only half decent CMS I can think of is e107. It's very easy to use and support is exceptional in my experience

I made my own as well, but i dont feel like incoporating a WYSIWIG editor or other features i really need.

I am using mambo and creating a custom template. Its actually quite simple!

You could add wysiwyg editor very easy with htmlArea, it replaces a textarea input forum.
