This is actually a blog that belongs to my boss, but he is literally a customer service guru. It diverges from the average blog in that there is actually some good ideas and information contained in his posts. Anyone who owns a business would do well paying attention to this one.

He's done some consulting work for companies such as Dell, so he knows what he's talking about.

Just thought I'd share - it's a great free resource.

Thanks for the link to such a blog. I like that niche kind of blog. I think all of us who do any kind of biz whether online or off could use such a resource on customer service.

I also like it cause its clean and easy to follow. And the blog posts are well written.
