Custom Whois type Script Needed

I'm looking for someone to customize a whois script (or create one from scratch). Please read the requirements before replying, I need something more than the usual scripts that are out there already...


The script will be used to retrieve various whois data as well as google results, google pr, alexa ranking, yahoo results, dmoz, etc. Users will be able to type a domain name and the script should be able to get all the data and present it on a styled page.

I need this to work with as many extensions as possible. Not just the major tld's.

IMPORTANT: The data from whois and other services (as listed above) will need to be displayed on a styled page. Something similar to greatdb.com.


Information to extract and display.

  [*]Archive Listings (ie. Dmoz/WayBack)
  [*]Availability in Other extensions (check .com/.net/.org/.co.uk/.info)

I've already tried a few whois scripts (free ones as well as paid ones) together with some custom coding to get the rest of the data. The problem I came across which resulted in most scripts being useless for me - is that whois servers seem to display (label) data differently. For example, just for getting (extracting) a domain expiry date the data can be presented in various ways as show below:

Domain Expiration Date:
Expiry Date:
Registered Until:
Renewal Date:

So, this is something that needs to be acknowledged. I would need the script to be able to scan a list of all possible labels to get the information and display it correctly.

I don't mind you using an existing whois script to modify it to my needs (provided you have permission to do so from the original developer etc).

Please note, I do not require any design/css - JUST the script.
I've attached a sample screen-shot of how it would look.

The data shown on that screen-shot and listed above (in the opening post) is what I really need. Anything extra would be a bonus, but not necessary.
