custom topsite design

I'm looking to work with someone to redesign a topsite I have. I'm currently using the application from http://evo-dev.com/products/evotopsites/ and I want a unique design. This job requires a new design for the site and implementation of the application within the design. The job is not too extensive, the primary factors will be to get the design done and then implement it. I have a fairly simple design in mind that I'm looking for.
