Custom "Enable Private Messaging > off" Response

Right now if you disable the Enable Private Messaging it will tell the user that this user does not allow PM's. Would it be possible to allow a user to create a custom message for a user to see notifying them of another way of contact if this setting were turned off? This would help a few users such as myself, as I do not visit namepros daily and do get a good amount of PM's. It would help me respond better to NP user if they had another way to contact me.
