I'm selling a site (full listing here with revenue details).
Smash Brawl Rankings is an established forum and ranking site for the Wii game Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
The site has a forum with 7124 members, 50,479 posts over 3,816 topics. Countless matches (both friendly and ranked) have been played on the site over the ranking seasons since the site went live.
For months now, I've moved on to bigger and better things, so I haven't done much to promote the site lately. Still, it has been consistent for many months and has a dedicated community.
The site is custom coded in php with a unique ranking algorithm for matches with a match-making system, complete with automated dispute resolution. It has a very active customized chat room, etc.
It's had several articles on the front page of digg in the past and is loaded with content and functionality. (Not to mention customized banners, logos, and graphics.)
A lot of hard work and custom coding went into this site. It doesn't need any more work - everything is automated. I don't have the time to even try to manage advertising on the site any more as I have moved on to a career after college.
I think it has a lot of revenue potential for someone wanting to optimize it a bit.
