Established Selling custom coded site

I am looking to sell a site as I do not have the time to focus on domaining anymore. (unfortunately)

It has been custom coded with original ideas, so please bear this in mind. The click through rate on Google Adsense is a whopping 8.31%, so imagine the kind of money this site could earn!

There are no legal issues at all with the site content.

All bands have been contacted and have accepted use of their music on the site. I have also contacted Roadrunner Records as I know someone who works there and they have given me permission to add any song released by their bands as long as it is hosted on their servers.

This site has -massive- potential, as I said it is unique and with a little more work, you could allow bands to submit their own songs etc. which would bring a large amount of traffic to the site as it could become known as a great place to easily find music to listen to online, easily.

Please assume no/minor revenue.

Traffic has been constantly 10-15 uniques daily over the a couple of years now, with no advertising.
