One question though, do you hold copyright of all the designs? They sure aren't unique, I bet, but did YOU make all of them or have the full rights of them including pics?

I'm a programmer myself I know it can be automated at the development part but for designs, I'm not sure.

DN President - I'm not sure what you're implying here? But please feel free to shout it out and i'll happily answer any questions. Not that i have to.

My involvement with Vessio is that i paid him to put up 5 sites for me in August.
He's put sites up, but they are not what i asked or paid for. That is where my involvement ends.

If this doesn't satisfy you, then please be assured i'm not going to start ripping people off for a couple of hunderd or thousand dollars.
I'm just as frustrated as everyone else with what's happening here, so it would be best to not throw accusations around whan you have foundation or inkling of what's going on.

Actually Mike, if you're reading this please could you explain what the HELL is happening here. Not only have you caused me to be accused by fellow NP'ers of being in cahoots with you. You still haven't done what you seid you were going to do by the 7th November.

Mike, i am starting to get very frustrated.

I was told I would have info on my project by the 6th. You have my contact details, as well as the client. Neither of us have been contacted recently.

If this is not resolved ASAP I going to expect a complete refund. Either through your choice, or through a chargeback.

There is really two things I demand in someone I am working with.

1.) Reliability.
2.) Communication.

I have not seen much of either. I look forward to your contact.

I have had 3 Promised dates come and go so far but am not overly stressed about my project not being done yet. But getting much closer :red:

I know Rapid Growth is a killer to many businesses and it appears Mike is taking action to put more people in place.

I agree communication is key and is lacking right now from Vessio, which is never a good thing. Deadlines should be met or contact should be Before the deadline is missed.

Mike, it will be best to set realistic "finish" dates and meet those. For those that you can not, offer refunds and not an extended promise date.

I hope to continue to work with Vessio, but also hope that my first project with them get's finish and works. :D

Guys,

Lets keep the "conspiracy" and "fraud" theories out of this thread. Ive been in touch with Mike in regards to all of this and frankly am satisfied that projects will be delivered. I have been frustrated as well with the delays Mike and Vessio have gone through - However I expect them to be cleared up soon and back to Business as usual.

I imagine Mike will be in touch with those who's projects are still outstanding to clarify delivery and modification dates. Lets keep the insults out of the forum though.

Hard for Mike to give you any reliable looking time schedules now considering his past problems.

If he delivers the goods everybody may be ordering rightaway in spite of the delays and turnaround time can be long, if he has not done an excellent job he may have lost a lot of customers and the turnaround time could be very fast.

Also wondering whether the new people he hired can do the job what his old crew supposedly did for some people who were "promoting/approving" his service on NP before all the problems started.

Many may advertise, but Mike must have done something better than the others to get this many customers, maybe you can mention who can deliver the same quality (but in time).
