Good luck Sashas! I would recommend this: When negotiating "try" as hard as you can to not seem overly eager. Things like responding to emails ultra quick or expressing too much enthusiasm can get the seller thinking sometimes. When the seller seems to be wavering or worse, asks for more money, my experience so far has shown that it is best to end negotiations immediately! Just tell him/her , "thanks for taking the time to work with me on this. I wish you the best of luck getting your asking price! I have another option I am going to pursue for my business. Thanks again!". Sounds risky doesn't it. Personally, I am 2 for 2 using this method. I let them know that I don't really care if I get their domain or not (even if I really do!).
In both instances, within two days, the sellers came back begging for my business. Psychology at it's best! Just don't make idle chit chat. Just end negotiations.
You've picked up some great names lately, so no doubt you know what your doing. This is just my experience.
As far as what LN.com's can sell for: You never know. I owned one that was appraised on these forums for 1x,xxx. So what did it sell for? 45k! You never know!
