These are fair prices, IMO. Will seem like bargains in a month.

I got an offer via PM for WXKI @ 150 by the way ... Appreciated, but I turned it down without thinking too much about it.

These prices are set at the level where I won't regret parting with these beautiful, high value, investment grade names so soon. Not cheap, but decent prices for decent names. Take it or leave it. Cash, small unmarked bills. You bring the money, you get the domain, no one gets hurt, done deal, badabing, badaboom. Otherwise, you can just sit and howl at the moon. Offer will be ending soon ...
