I once saw a Discovery special between a shark and a crocodile.

Wasnt there a show not too long ago, that put animals against eachother to see which would win? Like a Bear vs a Sabretooth Cat?

Without reading the story, and assuming the Crocodile and the Shark are in the same pool (btw - croc fresh water / shark salt water) I would go with the Crocodile. Tough Skin, whipping tail, big mouth.
