Reg fee i'm afraid mate!

If your going to show examples of previous sales have them at least in the same league as the one you want appraising! It may help the appraiser, but if you put your name as it is against those names, it simply makes yours look total rubbish IMHO.

If that is the term used by the credit reporting agencies -I thought it was credit report or credit history - then you found a low - mid $$ plum. Not a biggie, but at least I can see how it would have commercial use.

It's worth the buy --- it's not in the league as "creditreport" or "creditreports" - or even "freecreditreport", but definitely has some value beyond "reg fee" --- nice pick up
