I still haven't heard anything from these guys yet.
I placed my order on the 7th and didn't even receive a confirmation...

I have just sent them an e-mail and I'm waiting for a reply.

$27 logo design packages can take up to 5 business days to receive your first concepts. (as stated on the website) This is also stated on the thank you page after your order was placed. Designing and delivering custom logos takes a little more time and is not like delivering logos that use clip art (like those you find being sold in many webmaster forums for cheap)

Your order was placed on Tuesday which means 5 business days would fall on Monday - Not taking into account the long Easter Holiday Weekend.

We will have your concepts ready for you by Monday...Tuesday latest being that it is a long weekend. You have nothing to worry about, your logo will be delivered on time
