Ye it is a little annoying,

Even worse though is you will only get the name if you host with him for 6 months.(thats an extra $93 right there)

They will more than likely use the automated appraisal software which appraises names with a few to many 0's

If anyone is foolish enough to pay anywhere near his "appraisal" price then they deserve what they get for not doing their research.
