CourtenayAvenue.com and CourtenayAvenue.co.uk

(I have the Ave versions as well ...)

Just announced as the most expensive, exclusive area in the UK. Average property values of £6.8m ($13.4m).

US equivalents are FifthAvenue.com, WoodlandDrive.com (currently in the top ten most expensive US residential streets ...).

Any ideas on value?

I've never heard of the street, but probably high $xxx to low $x,xxx. I would try contacting some realtors as an end seller.
