Could my domain have a trademark issue?

etradexpert(dot)com. When I bought it 2 years ago I didn' even know that the name E*Trade existed. Now I'm not feeling at ease with this parked domain. What are your opinions?

I think that the current sponsored links for 'forex' are making your position weaker.

hmm- it is not over the top infringement, but still risky. not knowing about etrade is irrelevant. probably best to get rid of this name imho.
