Could be a great minisite for the extention (.co.uk), thats what I'm going to do but I'd like to know the value.

It may make a good .co.uk only directory.I'm not sure about these .info's you know. I've come across quite a few and reg'd them myself, basically because they're dirt cheap and worth the risk for the same price as a lottery ticket.
That being said, without dev these .info's are worthless until they have something there people wan't,if that proves popular then times your projected adincome times 3 years, for $2.00 a average income a week as an example,thats $312.00 your domain could make if developed, is that worth the development time, domain name renewal and hosting fee's???, i'd say not and use a .com for serious dev.
This is just my current thinking on these info domains, im new to the domaining world too.
