domain Theist.info -- Worth early/mid $xxx? Higher? lower?

I recently acquired a domain in which I think might have some value: Theist.info This one-word term is great for Christian-themed websites and as well, it plays on the extention PERFECTLY. It's taken as a .com, .net, .org, and .info -- here's the .info. The extention isn't great but again, the word plays on the extention. It would be PERFECT for development and for investment, this looks like it could fetch a nice sum. I'm thinking it could get about, give or take, $250. It was just regged so it likely has no traffic. Without traffic, it isn't worth a load but as a domain in general I think it could get a decent amount. Any ideas?

A bit over 100k Google for "theist" and a low, low, low OVT of 10.7/day and WT of 14/day put this .info in the low, low xx IMO... it's not a term commonly used and apparently, not being searched for. Commercially speaking, I see little potential as well.

I see promise in it if it was developed, though again, the extention does kill some value (but .info would work far better for this than, say, .ws). If I were to offer it for, say, $50, would that be reasonable? I would sell it to anyone who could resell it for more. I don't really need/want the domain but I want a decent profit from it.
