I just bought this domain at namecheap. I plan on developing it into a news site based around Tech news and big name companies such as microsoft, sony, IBM, intel, AMD, etc.

Definitely a nice name if you're developing. As long as you make a well developed site with high quality content, the site should be worth a bare minimum of mid $XXXX based on selling ad space alone.

My advice is to make sure you make your navigation very intuitive, and probably include a search function for the articles on the site. Navigation plays a big factor in people being able to find what they're looking for, and a good user experience will promote return visitors. Navigation is especially important as your site grows bigger and bigger.

I think corporate announcements online. You know, like when someone incorporates a business, they have to run it in a newspaper. Maybe a listing of this sort of thing, and online services that do corporations. Could be nice development. I would say as a raw domain maybe worth $125 or so - but development will be the key.

This is a great domain name and has alot of potential. It's easy to remember and you expect a news site when you hear it. I'd appraise it at roughly $100.00 undevelopped but once you develop it you'd be looking at a significant increase depending on how well you market and design the site.
