Copying a porn star domain name

On the net, there is a DOT COM site of a porn star ; just for the purpose of discussion, say it is mynameisnadia.com ; it is not a trademark ; it is not the first name of the owner.

May I buy mynameisnadio.MOBI with the intention to sell it to the dot com owner ?

Larger question may be, would the .COM folks even have any interest (above your Reg. fee) for any specific .MOBI domain name, IYHO?

I think this would be a bad move on your part for both ethical AND financial stand points. I dont think porn is going to become successful on cellular devices, and I dont see an adult site buying a .mobi (unless its premium, sex.mobi)

i believe that .mobi is going to be used for quick info lookup or mapping something. any streaming content on a cell device may be done in Japan, but we're a bit behind the curve in development there. i don't believe that anyone would sit,....let's say on a bus through the city and surf to a porn site on the cell. not just would that defeat the purpose, but you could also cause the nice, shriveled lady sitting beside to encounter a heart attack and before she succumbs to that, she's going to beat you with her cane.

"It's not a TM" - well... doubtful.

But the real question is whether or not the pornstar (or the company that exploits.... errr... uses them as a model ) cares or not. The only thing you could advertise on the site would be that other site, and they already have well developed affiliate programs for that purpose.

(There are as many different owners as there are dots : 6 different owners for .com .net .ca .org .biz .info. All are different porn website).
