Convert protected wma to mp3 or something I can put on my ipod

I purchased the latest KoRn cd yesterday and found that I could not put the protected wma files on my iPod. I called apple and they told me that there may be a 3rd party type of software that can convert it for me. If you guys know of anything, I'd appreciate some help. Thanks!

Where are the protected WMA's coming from?

Just rip the cd.

They are from my CD. It's copy protected. I can't get them in a format other than protected wma.

I use musicmatch jukebox to rip cd's to my pc, never had any probs...

That's because it wasn't copy protected. The computer doesn't look at it as an audio cd, just a flash program that has the ability to download music from itself to your computer.

There is a software called mp3converter. just download this to your computer and just convert the wma files into mp3 files
