as far as the starting bid... this is a developed site. the articles by themselves are worth about $15 each - multiply that by 230 and it should give you a good reference point.

Not wishing to spoil your sale, but in my opinion your expectations are way out of whack.

I checked a couple of the articles you have on your site - used the title of the articles as a phrase for a google search; these appear to be articles that have appeared elsewhere on the net, and are available to anyone for free. If they were your original articles and not being duplicated elsewhere, it's reasonable to expect to be paid per article. In this case, what the buyer is really paying for is your time in finding the articles and consolidating them into the website, plus maybe your expertise / judgement in evaluating articles.

Even if it is pay per article - there are plenty of experts on the net who would write custom articles at much lower rates. I've seen offers in the 3 - 5 dollar range from writers who have good style and SEO expertise; and with that, you have unique articles instead of copied from across the net.

I'm not an adsense or content site expert - but my guess is that anyone who does know adsense is likely to know all the above and more.



From your post above, if your expectations are in the xxxx range (230 X 15), might be difficult to find a buyer.
