We are selling this because we have decided to focus on a new venture that is taking allot of our time and this is one of our smallest projects, we would like the funds from the sale to invest in our new venture. This business involves very little work and if you do not want to increase the current revenue you can expect about 1 hour per week.

If the new owner puts some time into it, you will definetly see some increase in profit. We really haven't put much time into this site.

1. What amount of the traffic is natural search engine traffic and not Adwords etc?

2. Can I see referral stats - ie search engine search queries / link references?

3. Do you know why none of the interior pages have any PR? Are they new additions - have they had PR in the past?

4. Finally, how long has the site been a PR3.

1. About 10% is natural traffic. Roughly about 20 uniques day. So realistcaly not much.

2. Sorry we can not do this as it will reveal the VALUE of this business which we will only show to the new owner. The stats show to much info regarding our advertising formula.

3. Most pages are older although some were modified but to be quite frank I have no idea why they have no PR. The site was put up 8 months ago and havent done much.

4. About 6 months.
