I know that there is a sticky thread right above with tons of tips in it. I've read through it entirely, but found that most of the tips applied to email and not snail mail.
So any tips when contacting end users via snail mail? I know that the format and tone of the letter will have to be a lot more formal than an email, but any other specific tips?
Also, would you say that a fax is as good as a snail mail, or should one stick to only one of the two mediums?
