Contacting Domain Owners with GoDaddy Privacy

hi there,
there's a name i'm interested in making an offer on. unfortunately the owner has godaddy's privacy as indicated on the whois - "domains by proxy, inc".

i sent an email to (thedomainname.com)@domainsbyproxy.com but no response



does anyone know if those emails go through, and if godaddy passes them on to the owner?

yes they go through instantly. they are probably just not interested in selling/haven't checked email/changed email/didn't like your offer etc. the same as with any email addy you see there.
