I have an LLL.mobi that also happens to be the name of a large financial company. Of course, I wouldn't mind selling to them if they were to shoot me a rather substantial offer ;), but is there some way to get their attention without risking legal repercussions? Contacting them directly about selling the domain would show bad faith, and I don't want to risk losing the domain in a legal battle.

By the way, there are a number of companies that use the same acronym...and the .com/.net/.org/.tv are each developed by different ones.

Is there another solution besides sitting tight and waiting (hoping) for someone to contact me?

If the price you want is higher than a UDRP, I'd advise that you stay away. Telling them about your name does show bad faith.
