Previously "Apartamentos.es" (means "Apartments" in Spanish) was sold for $40,370 (you can see it on namebio) and if I check apartments and condos on namebio they usually sell for a similar price.

Is it a commonly used word in Spanish? Are there different spellings? I see it sometimes spelt 'condomínios' (with an accute accent).
