I know there are a few options out there: flippa, ebay, godaddy, and probably a few I don't yet know. I was surprised to find that flippa charges $29 just to list a domain -- even if it doesn't sell! I think this makes it a bad choice for domains worth less than $200 or those that might not be sold on a first auction.

eBay, by contrast, had much lower fees. There's usually some promotion giving you a free auction listing, and the final value fee is modest. However, I imagine less people look for domains there.

What auction sites have you all had luck with? What are the pros and cons of the different ones?

That's a tall order to give a critique of all the auction sites. So just let me say I've had luck with both Afternic and GoDaddy, and had no luck at all with Sedo.
