Commission Junction pending commissions?

I have alot of pending commissions at CJ.com, it doesnt explain anywhere in their help glossary anything about pending commissions (I searched for the terms "pending commissions" and just "pending" with no results) so I dont understand it. I sent them an email about 2 weeks ago with no reply back. Everything Ive made this month is pending, and is "new". What exactly does that mean and what does "extended" and "locked" mean? How long can I expect these commissions to be "pending"? Thanks for any insight you can give.

Pending = All your unpaid commissionable transactions.
Extended = You can think of extended as sort of like "on hold". Merchants can move amounts to "extended" one time for up to 30 days. Generally, they're waiting to make sure the payment clears and the transaction isn't reversed before giving you the commission.
Locked = finalized amounts - you will be paid for these next pay cycle (assuming you meet the minimum payment threshold)
