yes it is used as a control in many programming languages and it is actually a very good name for any software development firm or programming source code provider and project websites as they will understand the brandname approach behind this...

Combobox

I like it...the computer/code industry has many applications but how about fast food...they all have a 'combo meal' of some sort.First thought in my head was I feel a big fried/bake/steamed chicken franchise might like it. (Would you like to add a gallon of tea to that combobox sir/ma'am?)

check wipo though...there was some trademark activity on the name...may not be relevant at this point.

I would sell it for $500 if you don't have any plans to develop it. Just my opinion ofc.
