Any ideas to it's value - google says 12000+ key phrase hits a month and 120000+ relevant search results. Estibot says $1200 (its usually wrong i know!) Is it worth developing?

Hi, Id say average name, not rubbish.
Worth developing if you have a good idea for it but not worth much on its own.
low $xx undeveloped and up from there if you build a site.
