With hypen but I guess in combination with "e" it doesn't hurt this domain that much.
It would be a good name for teens/young people (19 years old ) portal,maybe something to do with article 19 of Universal Declaration of Human Rights about freedom of expression... or just 19'' LCD monitors store

I think that a name like this will get a lot more interest 2 years from now. (When the 4 letter domains are expected to have run out) It should appreciate in value.

Yes, I guess end user is the answer in this case.
As for traffic - almost non existent so I guess I wont earn much parking it,
oh, well, no return of investment for me
