Suppose I own VegetableSoup.info , the keywords have an exact search volume of 100K and has many advertisers for the term , would i be able to sell it?

Also if Vegetablesoup.com is worth 20k$ how much would the .info be?

Important to note that the number of .info registered names are about 5% of the .dot registered names. In addition for public sales, the high mark .info sales are typically less than 1% of the high mark .com sales. With that insight, the .info has a low likelihood of selling and that value will be very difficult to predict on a theoretical basis.

Thanks but it would be of value to an end user who's spending tons of $$ for the keyword.

Plus if the domain has as an average exact search very volume of 100k , isn't it worth much?Plus the .info, with the domain matches well.

Hi

the "domain" as you refer to, does not have the search volume you think it does.

why, because the "domain" includes the extension.

the search volume for a term or phrase, equals the "keywords" minus the extension.

also, end-users don't spend tons for a keyword, they spend for the domain.

still, the .info is a good fit, so to increase value, i think one should develop the name as a website, with related content.

imo...

What if it was a .net instead? Thanks

vegetablesoup.com to the right buyer may be worth $800

put .info around 1% of that generally speaking so you are looking at around $8 for that name... basically what we call worth "registration fee"

hope that helps

People, do you think, that words (for example: "passengers", "refining" or just "units") with .info extension are worth only registartion fee?Thank you in advice :)

Info takes some time to develop. With the right content it can be nice.
EG units info would be a great fit, as visitors expect comprehensive knowledge about units.

Done "OK" with non .com's. Used to them up as a matter of course. YMMV.
