Com valuable if the same cctld taken?

I have some com domains on my list to register, which are taken in some cctlds. For example, I thinking to buy a com, where the com.br is taken, another name where .de is taken, other where .ar is taken and a few other names like these. Mostly, the companies are related to ecommerce, fashion and real estate. Any experience selling com domains to a cctld owner?
