Do you buy brandable domain name .com only or .net, .org, etc before listing on marketplace?

99% of the time I will buy brandables in .com
I will only consider buying in .org or .net if the name is taken in a LOT of extensions.

Quite a few years ago, when they were the three major extensions, I tended to buy all three. My intent, though, was for potentially developing them or finding and end-user with the same goal. Since then, so many other extensions have evolved, and so the trio is of far less interest.
