Well they will get bad publicity and I will make sure of it, they said I am getting this domain and thats what I expect(well should expect). If I do not receive it and they continually keep saying they are activating it etc.. I won't be happy at all after getting my hopes up. Especially for taking the money! I can see a sucks site coming along :imho:
If they replied saying sorry but we cannot register that domain we made a mistake that would be fine but saying what they told me and then me not getting the name is not acceptable in my opinion.

Just be sure you get a refund/credit back once they inform you of their "error", IMHO. :o
