I personally feel that tourism place IDNs are one of the best IDNs that you can pick up. This is simply because many people don't know about it and want to find out more before they actually go there.
You're probably thinking that 御花园.com will never be typed in. I have some things to tell you.
1. With the release of IE7, especially in Chinese Vista, Chinese IDNs will be a hit!
2. Most of the Chinese have never been to Beijing. That's why EVERY DAY you see thousands just at the Tian An Me Square! GuGong, where 御花园 is located is also viewed. Since the garden is the ONLY place that you can pass by if you want to exit GuGong.
3. More and more Chinese are learning about computers each day. Eventually, there won't be any premium tourism domains left!

Although I'm Korean, I'm currently living in Qingdao and have been to Beijing three times so far. I've seen the thousands go to this garden every day. Easily, this domain could be developed into an awesome website or can be parked. I'm not a big fan of parking, so I didn't park it, but it definately will be a heck of a domain to try out.
