I had the same issue. Payed and domains not received. Contacted chat support and they issued me credit and I had to go to my domain central to register the same domains again. It worked and I got all domains.

when you do things in large amounts like you.. I am sure they look at you bit better.. like a high roller client but that's how it is on all registrars.. and in life in general!

I am nto sure if they'd do this for everyone via chat.

I regged 12 dotcoms, but had to spend 20 minutes with support chat to figure out that two separate accounts were created when I registered batches of 6 domains (despite being logged in). The second account had the same e-mail address, so it seems that domain.com didn't feel the need to send me activation link or whatever, and I had no credentials to log in. Worked it out with support, though.
