This is basically domain registration for free. Why not try and see and share your experience here?
Assuming you're successful, worst case scenario is you transfer out after 60 days to another registrar that meets all your needs...

I try, but I can not pay visa virtual, only paypal or physical visa cart. If you buy your domain please say me about privacy protect and transfer in other hostalia account.

Par for the course with many local registrars and hosting providers in continental EU, especially where these kinds of promos are involved. Some, like Register.it, will accept Student ID, Drivers License or redacted Passport. Others will insist on Passport with nothing redacted out (Nominalia.com).

Yeah, now they want me to send them the scanned ID (which is in Russian though).
Also I got an email that the payment was successful but haven't been charged so far. I'm not going to send them the ID, so I've canceled the PayPal subscription.
Don't waste your time guys, just wait for the Dotster/Netfirms 1.99$ promo.
