There is also a fair number of search engine referrals to the website.

The website currently receives in excess of 100 unique visitors per day with 1000+ page views.

Income:

The website is currently monetized with Google Adsense and earned almost $4 in its first month.

I have also placed full page ads from Adbrite on the site 3 days ago and earned approximately 21c for two days.

Domain Name:

The domain name is registered through Godaddy and will be pushed to the buyers account.

Hosting:

The webiste is currently hosted with Godaddy.
