Thanks Doron. I flipped a domain for 25K. Details posted on "Report completed domain name sales here" thread, but not the domain name since we have signed NDA. Following details copied from that post.

"Domain name: NDA signed (Two keywords, 10L, Brandable .COM)

Sale venue: Private sale. Outbound
Asking price: $50,000
Sale price: $25,000
Purchase venue: Godaddy
Purchase price: $3XX


Details: I acquired this domain six weeks ago, after few hours of acquiring I contacted this potential buyer, His first offer was $21K and then we agreed on $25K. They took almost six weeks to complete this.

Estibot professional appraisal ($50 paid) of this domain was $20K (Its truly valuable domain) Therefore its clear they didn’t over paid for this, but I acquired it for low price ( i was willing to pay upto 5K, but no one showed much interest). Domain was originally registered in 1999 and they owned the trademark since 2014 as a result of acquisition. I did my research and it finally paid off."

I read your blog frequently and learning from everyone. For me Its kind of motivation to see how others performing and therefore i thought to share my cockpit and give motivation to others.

I just started using efty like 2 days ago I'm still setting things up.

I am working on mine now. Just wondering why it won't show $ negative amount it just says 0 event tho I have not input enough of my sales to cover the investment. It just makes me think it won't work after I finish adding all my sales.


edit: I think it only counts renewals for the negative side as above. I have not input any yet. So I am guessing after I put in all my sold/sales then it should show Positive.
