I think this guy from Newzealand grab almost all good .co.uk domains, He grabs it in fraction of second. I think he own a .uk Registrar: Coherent Limited [Tag = COHERENT-NZ]

Anybody can shed a light on his process, how much does it cost to become Registrar like him, Is any Registrar provide co.uk dropcatch service.

Pretty cheap to become a UK registrar.. That's probably what he does. Although it's so cheap some guys even setup multiple registrars. You can see the process here:

Indeed, becoming a .uk registrar is affordable, however dropcatching in .co.uk is very competitive because there are many players.
Unless Nominet have changed the rules, having multiple registrars does not provide an advantage. Ownership must be declared, thus they are treated as a single entity. Which means for dropcatching purposes you shouldn't be entitled to more than one connection.
Garth is a well-known domainer in that space. But there are more guys like him
