Domain being suspended since 2011

Hi guys,

I am looking to get a domain name (.co.uk) that has been in suspended state since Oct 2011.

This seems a very long time for a domain to be held in suspended.

I have emailed Nominet to see what they advise, but being the weekend I wont get a reply for a while, so I am just wondering if anybody here could provide me some advise as to why this domain is in this state.

Where do you see 2011 ?
Apparently the domain expired on 30 April so it could drop 90 days later (end July)
